The Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. Your role involves coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What You Will Do
  • Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
  • Manage kitchen standards, including health and safety, and understand financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Think quickly and solve problems proactively.
