Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

What We Look For:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a caring approach, ensuring your team feels supported.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop your team.
  • Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
