Senior Sous Chef | Full time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What We Look For:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of having considerate and supportive conversations.
  • Knowledge of food, health, and safety standards.
  • Understanding of the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build and nurture a coaching culture within the team.
  • Problem-solving skills with quick decision-making abilities.
