Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

  • Experience in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Focus on building a coaching culture through recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
