  • £29,395 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 5 days per week
  • Shift Pattern: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00-14:00 / 08:00-15:00
  • This role covers lunch service in an extra care facility.

Your Role:

Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals tailored to residents' needs
Plan and create menus that are nutritious, varied, and accommodate dietary requirements
Manage stock and suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients and control costs
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
Engage with residents to understand their preferences and improve their dining experience

What We're Looking For:

A passionate chef with leadership experience (e.g., Head Chef, Kitchen Manager)
A strong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs, especially for older adults
Excellent team management and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable)
A caring and compassionate approach to food service
