Shetland Islands Council invites applications for a Head Cook based at Aith Junior High School, Shetland. You will lead a large kitchen team, plan menus, manage budgets, and ensure nutritional and food safety standards are met while delivering meals on wheels if required.

The Head Cook is responsible for all activities in a large kitchen and its surrounds connected with the provision of a catering service.
