As Head of Concierge, you will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable guest experiences from the very beginning.   • Lead the concierge team in delivering personalized, anticipatory service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Curate bespoke experiences and build partnerships with London's top restaurants, cultural institutions, and luxury service providers.
  • Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive tailored attention and seamless service throughout their stay.
  • Maintain deep awareness of guest preferences, daily operations, and special events to ensure flawless execution.
  • Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day concierge operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and financial goals.
  • Develop and implement concierge protocols, guest service strategies, and team goals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of local attractions, services, and vendors to support guest requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met across all touchpoints.
  • Team Development & Culture
  • Inspire and mentor the concierge team, fostering a culture of excellence, trust, and collaboration.
  • Serve as a role model for service behavior and professional conduct.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
