Job Description

To ensure and maintain a consistent high standard of customer service as well as to develop a thorough knowledge of all operation procedures in the Rooms Division similarly in the other departments of the Resort. Maintains effective relations with the guests to ensure repeat business and works closely with the other departments of the resort.


Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a luxury and upscale segment is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
  • A combination of creativity and strong product knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain efficient and passion for hotel operations.
  • Role model in for the Accor Values and Heartist Culture.
