Job summary

Dorchester Collection in London is seeking a Head Concierge to lead the guest experience with exceptional service and a focus on memorable stays. You will guide the Concierge team, uphold our standards, and collaborate with leadership to maintain London's iconic hospitality voice.

The role emphasizes guest-centric leadership, culture, and the delivery of five-star service across all touchpoints, with opportunities for professional growth within our luxury network.

• Previous experience as a Head Concierge in a 5 star London property.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and guest relations.

• You will support our vision of building a reputation for authentic, relevant and vibrant guest experiences, offering the very best of what matters to our guests

• Previous experience as a Head Concierge in a 5 star London Property
