Role: Head Coach / Assistant Manager A fantastic fitness industry job

We are largest privately owned F45 group now in uk and Europe. We are recruiting for a global fitness company specialising in community driven innovative highintensity group workouts that are fast fun and are looking for a team orientated ambitious energetic motivating knowledgeable charismatic Head Coach to join our Team. The Head Coach will play a vital role coaching classes managing a team of coaches and delivering an exceptional end to end experience to the community by ensuring the studio and workout standards are always delivered to the highest level.

This person will also work alongside the Owner/Studio Manager in coming up with creative ways to get more people to the studio creating brand awareness in the North London area and getting involved in community events for prospective clients and current role is ideal for someone who is energetic & enthusiastic loves coaching and working with people. They must have excellent verbal communication and team leading skills and be able to overcome objections and roadblocks. This role will suit someone who has an owners mentality and is ambitious in making their mark and developing their career within a fantastic studio community.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching a minimum of 20 classes per week.
• Management & Development of a team of Coaches to ensure that classes are always coached and delivered at the highest of standards. You will also be in charge of onboarding new team members.
• Leading and maintaining excellent operational standards within the studio (workouts/rotas & class cover/studio cleanliness/team training)
• Delivering outstanding member service and representing this fabulous brands high standards at all times
• Assiting the Studio Manager in meeting and exceeding studio targets
• Leading by example by being a key part of an amazing membership community
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed

What we are looking for:

• Experience within a highend boutique group fitness environment desirable but not essential (a passion for fitness is a must!)
• Studio management/ Head Trainer experience
• Being Membercentric passionate about people & their importance to the business
• People management & team leadership experience having worked in teams before (Team player is a must!)
• Incredible communication skills
• Level 3 Personal Training Qualification
• Multiple years of sales is a big plus
• Act like an owner mentality
• Highly organised and able to prioritise and meet goals in a fastpaced environment
• IT proficient
• Flexible with shifts and able to support with opens/closes and weekends where required.
