Company Description

To own and lead fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager and is responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through our products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
• Consistently demonstrate our elevated ways of working
• Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & in-gym challenges/events
• Champion our member onboarding program, MOVE, leading by example and supporting the team to improve confidence and delivery
• Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
• Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
• Oversee group training schedules and monitor performance against KPIs
• Enhance member engagement within your community
• Deliver classes in line with gym guidelines
• Focus on acquiring new members and retaining existing ones to grow the live member base
• Support all revenue streams, including membership and product sales, to ensure profitability
• Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to team members
• Drive personal training session sales and deliver sessions monthly

Qualifications

Must-have qualifications and qualities:

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
• Experience in running personal training sessions
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience delivering various group training modalities
• Up-to-date industry knowledge
• Effective communication and management skills to motivate teams
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member-centric approach
• Driven, ambitious, and eager to develop
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays as needed
