Are you passionate about exceptional food, fine dining, and culinary innovation? Ready to take the lead in a prestigious, high-end kitchen environment with Ireland's leading food service management company? Look no further - we're seeking a Head Chef with a talent for fine dining, to oversee our client restaurant, hospitality and private dining spaces and lead our skilled culinary team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, daytime.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven chef to showcase creativity and leadership in delivering an outstanding dining experience using only the finest and freshest ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver a high-end culinary experience that reflects excellence in every dish
• Plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food for our daily client restaurant & fine dining service, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation
• Take a hands-on approach to food production and menu execution
• Collaborate with the wider management team to meet and exceed client expectations
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance (HACCP, COSHH, HS)
• Drive menu innovation, using seasonal and premium ingredients
• Maintain tight cost controls and manage kitchen budgets effectively
• Support training, coaching and ongoing development of your kitchen team

About You:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
• Culinary qualification with a focus on high-end or gourmet cuisine
• A passion for premium-quality food and exceptional service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with menu development, innovation, and strategic planning
• Deep understanding of GP, kitchen budgets, and stock control
• Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a professional kitchen brigade
