Head Chef – Winchester - £34,757

Are you looking for a role that allows you to have all the school holidays off? Then this could be the role for you.

Location: Winchester
Hours: 45 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday, 40 weeks contract
The role:

We are seeking a Head Chef to work at an education site in the Winchester area. This is a hands-on cooking role with additional responsibilities for paperwork.

  • No late nights, finish by 7 pm
  • Standards are high, and meals are prepared daily from fresh ingredients. Flexibility and the ability to work quickly are essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn all aspects of food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the catering management team
  • Work efficiently under pressure
  • Maintain high standards of personal and food hygiene
  • NVQ Level 1 and 2 qualifications are preferred but not essential if you have relevant kitchen experience
