HtE Recruitment are seeking a Head Chef within driving distance of Eastbourne. The role offers fixed days off and a good balance of shifts and hours, with a strong work-life balance. The Head Chef will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, reporting to an Exec Chef.

Experience: head chef or senior sous chef stepping up from a fresh food background; driving is required; parking on site; salary up to £40k.
