• Taking ultimate responsibility for the kitchen, leading the team to deliver exceptional food while ensuring profitability and compliance with Health & Safety standards.
• Leading people: recruiting, onboarding, developing, inspiring, and retaining kitchen talent alongside the General Manager.
• Being passionate about our menu, knowing it inside out, and training your team accordingly.
• Collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver great customer experiences, ensuring food presentation and quality meet high standards, and controlling food costs.
• Being knowledgeable about policies, processes, and guidelines, training your team on them, and ensuring standards are consistently met.
