What will you be doing? Here's a snapshot:

  • Responsibility for the kitchen, leading the team to deliver exceptional food, ensuring profitability and health & safety standards.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, developing, inspiring, and retaining kitchen talent alongside the General Manager.
  • Having a passion for our menu, knowing it inside out, and training your team accordingly.
  • Working with the restaurant team to deliver great customer experiences, ensuring food presentation and quality are top-notch, and controlling food costs.
  • Training your team on policies, processes, and guidelines, ensuring standards are consistently met.
