• Recruiting, onboarding, developing, inspiring, and retaining kitchen talent alongside the General Manager.
• Having a passion for our menu, knowing it inside out, and training your team accordingly.
• Collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver great customer experiences and pride in food presentation and quality.
• Ensuring food costs are in line and policies, processes, and guidelines are followed and understood by your team.
