  • Responsibility for the kitchen, leading the team to deliver exceptional food, ensuring profitability and health & safety standards
  • Recruiting, onboarding, developing, inspiring, and retaining kitchen staff in partnership with the General Manager
  • Having a deep knowledge of the menu and training your team accordingly
  • Collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver great customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality, and controlling food costs
  • Training your team on policies, processes, and guidelines, ensuring standards are consistently met
