• Taking ultimate responsibility for the kitchen, leading the team to deliver exceptional food while ensuring profitability and health & safety standards.
• Leading people: recruiting, onboarding, developing, inspiring, and retaining top kitchen talent alongside the General Manager.
• Being passionate about our menu, knowing it inside out, and training your team accordingly.
• Collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver great customer experiences, ensuring food presentation and quality are top-notch, and food costs are controlled.
• Training your team on policies, processes, and guidelines, ensuring standards are consistently met.
