- Taking ultimate responsibility for the kitchen, leading the team to deliver exceptional food, ensure profitability, and meet health & safety standards.
- Recruiting, onboarding, developing, inspiring, and retaining kitchen talent alongside the General Manager.
- Having a deep knowledge of our menu and training your team accordingly.
- Collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver memorable experiences for customers, ensuring high standards of food presentation and quality, controlling food costs.
- Training your team on policies, processes, and guidelines, ensuring standards are consistently met.
