Head Chef - Weekdays only!

Location: Southampton, SO15 1ST

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, daytimes.

Salary: Up to £32,700 per annum

Your role at Carnival Cruises Head Office will include fueling early risers with fresh breakfasts, delivering standout lunch experiences, and ensuring seamless hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your kitchen ensuring every plate is flavorful, consistent, and characterful.
  • Oversee all stages of food production, from prep to pass, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Create a kitchen culture of high standards and culinary innovation.
  • Maintain flavor, freshness, and food safety standards without compromise.
  • Collaborate with hospitality colleagues to provide memorable dining experiences.
  • Champion seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and sustainable practices.
