Head Chef - Weekdays only!

Location: Southampton, SO15 1ST

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, daytimes.

Salary: Up to £32,700 per annum

Your role at Carnival Cruises Head Office will include fuelling early risers with energizing breakfasts, delivering standout lunches, and ensuring seamless hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your kitchen ensuring every dish is flavorful, consistent, and visually appealing.
  • Oversee all stages of food preparation, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Create a kitchen culture focused on high standards, innovation, and team development.
  • Maintain food safety, freshness, and quality, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with hospitality teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.
  • Promote seasonal, sustainable ingredients and practices that delight guests and respect the environment.
  • Stay updated on food trends and innovative techniques to keep menus fresh and exciting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating effectively about food and service.
  • Ensure quality, safety, sustainability, and cost control targets are met.
