Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen operation and ensure smooth daily service.
• Develop nutritious menus tailored for residents and dietary needs.
• Plan menus and procurement to meet budget and cost guidelines.
• Manage stock, ordering, portion control and waste.
• Train, supervise and develop junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
