We are recruiting a Retail Head Chef for an exclusive corporate dining facility at an Edinburgh location!

Job Description

The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people, so we are searching for an experienced Retail Head Chef with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business at a prestigious corporate setting.

As a Retail Head Chef, your focus is to work closely with your team and the Executive Chef to develop a strong working relationship and provide excellent customer service. You should have excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills, a passion for food & service, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role assisting the Retail Manager in similar environments such as 5* hotels, boutique properties, or corporate dining within the Food Service Industry.
• Proven leadership skills, capable of investing in team development.
• Outgoing, vibrant personality with a passion for food and customer service.
• Excellent Health & Safety knowledge.
• Financial acumen, understanding GP calculations, and strong IT literacy.
• Innovative, creative, and driven by excellence.
• Knowledge of current food trends.

• Salary: £37,000 per annum
