What Pho is looking for:

• Hands-on chefs passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant, and flavorful food
• Head Chef with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience managing a team of chefs, including wok chefs, line chefs, and sous chefs
• Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Experience controlling stock and par levels through mindful ordering
• Comfortable using systems like Acquire for stock management
