About the Role

As the leader of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards, working your way, and ensuring each dish is prepared to spec in a clean and safe environment. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to ensure all prep and par are completed for each shift, helping every customer leave happy with their experience.

What You Bring
  • Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef looking to step into a Head Chef role
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong chef skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
  • A proactive work ethic, leading from the front and maintaining high standards
  • Ability to manage KPIs, labour, stock, and food safety requirements
  • Experience reporting on metrics like GPs, labour, and food prep
  • Proven success in training and recruiting kitchen staff at various levels
