Ideally, the candidate will have experience managing a high-volume operation within London or the city, delivering excellent food and service. The role involves managing a brigade of 8-10 staff and overseeing hospitality, staff dining, and events.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing project within an established contract catering company. The site is busy due to being a free issue, with plans for expansion as more people enter the building in the coming months.
