You will lead a passionate kitchen team, develop and execute high-end menus, and collaborate closely with event planners for memorable events. The role offers 33 days of holiday, creative freedom, and competitive compensation.

Are you a passionate and experienced Head Chef ready to take the lead in crafting unforgettable culinary experiences? Join our bespoke catering company, where creativity meets precision in delivering extraordinary corporate events and intimate fine dining experiences across London's most iconic venues.
We're looking for a hands-on, driven Head Chef with flair, finesse, and a sharp commercial edge to lead the kitchen team through prep, development, and execution – from our central production unit to luxury event spaces and private dining rooms.
£55,000–£65,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday core hours (45 hrs) + flexibility for events
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Work in iconic venues and unique fine dining settings
Genuine creative freedom and menu ownership collaborating with the Executive Chef
Regular team socials, tastings, and development opportunities
A supportive, collaborative team that values innovation and excellence
Leading prep and menu development from our well-equipped CPU
Executing elegant, high-impact menus in stunning event locations
Collaborating with event planners to bring bespoke concepts to life
Managing kitchen operations, inventory, and cost controls with precision
Adapting quickly to a variety of venues and setups
Inspiring and developing a passionate team
At least 4 years’ experience in high-end catering and event environments
A strong understanding of menu development, food costs, health & safety, and inventory control
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Flexibility and the ability to travel across London (and occasionally beyond)
A cool head and agile mindset when working in new or unique locations
