We are recruiting for a Head Chef to work with us. We have a lovely B&I site that offers a cooked breakfast, hot lunch, salads, hot deli sandwiches, homemade cakes and hospitality. We are looking for an experienced head chef who can provide innovative and creative lunch options from street food to comfort foods and who is comfortable with a buffet style hospitality offering to suit our client's needs.

Hours of work: 7am - 3.30pm - Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a kitchen team of 4 including 2 chefs and 2 kitchen porters.
• Prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard.
• Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers.
• Ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus.
• Develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations.
• Be creative when menu planning and include the client and customers.
