A leading workplace catering company in Birmingham is looking for a Head Chef to manage food preparation for up to 2,000 people daily. The ideal candidate will have fine dining experience, manage a team of 5 chefs, and ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene. Location:Lloyds Banking Group Head office - Birmingham City Central Location
Rate of pay: £40,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, predominantly daytime social hours with some evenings required for events
About The Role:
We are very excited to launch at brand new B&I space in Birmingham with a premium banking client. The site will cater to up to 2,000 people each day. On site we have a retail restaurant space, event spaces that can cater to 300-400 people for events. We have several meeting rooms on site to host private fine dining lunches, corporate lunches, morning tea, afternoon tea -any catering required on site we provide.
We provide a fresh food offering throughout and are looking for a Head Chef to join us who can drive forward hospitality and retail on site. This position involves managing a team of 5 in the kitchen but also the ability to deputise in absence of the GM to lead a team of 15.
