Restaurant Size:100 covers (up to 200 peak)
Brigade:8–12 chefs
Location:Hale

We’re partnering with a forward-thinking restaurant group to find aHead Cheffor their flagship Hale site. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-energy kitchen, mentor a talented team, and deliver exceptional modern European cuisine in a premium setting.

The Restaurant:

  • High-volume branded restaurant with a semi-open kitchen
  • Seasonal, fresh ingredients with a focus on consistency
  • 7-site group with strong growth plans
  • Structured 48-hour contract (work-life balance prioritised)

The Ideal Head Chef:

  • Proven experience inbusy branded/group restaurants
  • Strong leadership skills – can train, motivate, and elevate a brigade
  • Hands-on approach withhigh-volume serviceexpertise
  • Knowledge of BOH admin (GP, ordering, rotas)
  • Passion for modern European flavours and premium standards
