You will lead from the front, uphold the highest standards of food quality and hygiene, manage ordering, stock control and GP, and develop a talented team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with clear career progression. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

• Strong background in high-quality Mediterranean cuisine.
• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Hands-on approach with passion for cooking.
• Excellent organisation and kitchen management skills.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join a successful restaurant group in London, overseeing a Mediterranean-inspired kitchen.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on Chef who genuinely enjoys being involved in the kitchen, leading from the front and maintaining high standards across food, service and the wider kitchen operation.

We are looking for someone with a strong culinary background, excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

The ideal Head Chef will have:

• A strong background in high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
• A hands‑on approach and passion for cooking
• Excellent organisation and kitchen management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to maintain consistently high food and hygiene standards

• A genuine interest in developing dishes and maintaining a strong food offering
