Job description

A Head Chef is required for a luxury wedding venue near Leamington Spa. The food is fresh, seasonal, locally sourced, and of course, fine dining. The majority of weddings booked are between Monday and Friday.

About the Role:

This is not a hotel with an attached wedding venue; it is a standalone wedding venue, which means you know exactly how many guests you are catering for weeks or months in advance. The team is fun, warm, and welcoming, with a fully staffed kitchen.

Head Chef Highlights:

1. Salary: £38,500 - £40,000 + Bonus
2. Hours: 45 hours a week with plenty of downtime (25-hour weeks out of wedding season)
3. Shifts: Prep shifts, straight shifts, a mixture of day and late shifts, finishing no later than 9:30 pm on late shifts

Candidate Profile:
