Job Description:

A Head Chef is required for a luxury wedding venue near Leamington Spa. The cuisine is fresh, seasonal, locally sourced, and of fine dining quality. Most weddings are booked from Monday to Friday.

This venue is standalone, not attached to a hotel, allowing precise guest catering planning weeks or months in advance. The kitchen is fully staffed, warm, welcoming, and state-of-the-art.

• 45 hours per week
• Abundant downtime (25-hour weeks outside wedding season)
• Prep shifts and straight shifts
• Part of a luxury wedding venue portfolio
• Clean, organized, modern kitchen
• Meals and uniform provided
• Mix of day and late shifts, with late shifts ending by 9:30 pm

The ideal candidate will have a background in fresh food, preferably from a hotel setting. Due to the venue's location, driving and access to a car are necessary.
