Job description

A Head Chef is required for a luxury wedding venue near Banbury. The food is fresh, seasonal and locally sourced and is of course fine dining. Majority of the weddings that are booked in are between Monday Friday.

This is not a hotel with wedding venue attached this is a stand alone wedding venue and no other which means you know exactly how many guests you are catering for weeks / months in advance. A really fun, warm and welcoming fully staffed kitchen!

Head Chef role near Banbury Highlights:

• GBP38,500 - GBP40,000 + Bonus
• 45 hours a week
• Loads of downtime (25 hour weeks out of wedding season)
• Prep shifts
• Straight shifts
• Part of a luxury wedding venue portfolio
• State of the art, clean and organised kitchen

• Finish no later than 9:30pm when on the late shift

The ideal Head Chef will come from a fresh food background ideally from a hotel background. Due to the location of this venue you need to drive and have access to a car.
