What we look for in a Head Chef:

This role requires someone who can inspire and lead a team, develop, cost, and produce seasonal menus for various revenue streams within the business.

  • Experience in delivering excellent service through quality food, as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Passion for leading and developing a team
  • Hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
  • Creativity in designing and delivering new dishes
  • Strong planning and organizational skills for effective control of GP and labour
  • Pro-active in driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
