HOLIDAY PARK - HEAD CHEF - circa £38k - 40 hr week - LIVE IN AVAILABLE

We are working with a leading holiday park who are now looking for a Head Chef to join their team. They are looking for a Head Chef who has the ability and passion to lead, recruit, manage & motivate the kitchen team to deliver the highest level of food production and delivery. The successful candidate will ideally have previous hospitality/leisure industry experience and must have a positive attitude and be a team player.

Requirements:

1. A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry
2. The ability to assist the Group Club Retail Manager in menu development
3. Previous Head Chef/kitchen management experience (essential)
4. Appropriate qualifications to 706 1/2 or equivalent
5. Branded food lead business experience
6. Experience with setting menus and food pricing
7. Proficiency in monitoring and controlling stock
8. High-level of inter-personal skills
9. Self-motivation with a positive attitude

This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. Live-in available for the right candidate.
