Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen during busy service, ensuring every dish meets high standards and that the team works together smoothly.

You will drive quality, hygiene and safety, coach your team to reach targets and maintain a positive, inclusive kitchen culture across our community pubs. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for delivering outstanding meals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy kitchen and developing a high-performing team.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent meal quality.
• Sufficient spoken and written English and understanding allergen controls.
