Job summary

Head Chef role at Hotel Indigo Edinburgh - Princes Street in Edinburgh. Lead the Kitchen with Cairn Group central Food and Beverage team to develop modern Scottish menus and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will own kitchen standards, food safety, cost control and develop a strong brigade, while shaping the food narrative across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. This is a hands-on leadership role in a vibrant hotel.

Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef or senior sous chef experience in a hotel or quality restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen operation across Restaurant & Bar.
• Develop and own menus with the central F&B team.
• Ensure food safety, allergen management and HACCP compliance.
• Build a structured training and succession plan for brigade.
• Control food cost, labour, stock and waste.
