Mitchells & Butler's Ember Inns is seeking a Head Chef at the Fairfield Arms to lead a kitchen delivering high‑quality food and to inspire and develop the kitchen team. You’ll manage food ordering, preparation and stock control, work with a branded menu and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.
