Robinsons Brewery is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy, food‑led kitchen and drive standards across the operation. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop your team, deliver quality dishes and manage stock, margins and kitchen performance in a fast‑paced environment.

The role is hands‑on leadership, focusing on building a positive, high‑performing kitchen culture with opportunities for ongoing training and development in a family‑run business with history dating

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high‑volume hospitality kitchen.
• Proven ability to develop people and build a strong team culture.
• Track record of delivering consistent, high standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality food and consistently excellent guest experiences.
• Recruit, train and develop the kitchen team to maintain performance.
• Manage stock control, ordering and kitchen profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and health and safety compliance.
• Lead by example and foster a supportive, high‑performing kitchen environment.
