Job summary

Brunning & Price is seeking a Head Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen just outside Blackburn, Lancashire. You will drive menu development, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation in a premium pub environment.

You will manage stock, GP and labour, nurture your team, and work closely with the pub manager to push the business forward. A strong leader with a passion for fresh produce and guest experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy, premium fresh food kitchen.
• Ability to develop seasonal menus with Executive Chefs.
• Strong stock, GP and labour control skills.
