Plough is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspire a passionate team and maintain the highest standards of food quality. You will manage all kitchen operations, from ordering and stock control to menu execution and health & safety compliance.

You will drive sales through excellent food quality, staff development and a collaborative approach in a pub environment that values community and guest experience. This is a hands-on role at the Plough brand within Mitchells & Butlers.
