Lucky Cat Mayfair, part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen in delivering exceptional Asian-inspired dining experiences. You will drive food quality, innovate menus, and manage a high-performing team in a premium, high-volume setting.

The role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of Asian cooking techniques, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Head Chef experience in premium high-volume restaurant.
• Solid understanding of Asian cuisine and techniques.
• Ability to innovate and create new dishes.
• Keen eye for detail to maintain high standards.
• Proven track record recruiting and retaining top kitchen teams.
• Strong personality with confidence to lead daily operations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and manage relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen as the chief commander of food quality and standards.
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve loyalty and retention.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance to Gordon Ramsay standards.
• Oversee the supply chain and maintain the concept in line with brand standards.
• Manage food margins and achieve P&L targets.
• Coordinate resources and keep costs under control to meet targets.
