Red Lion is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team within Sizzling Pub & Grill, part of Mitchells & Butler’s pub brands. You’ll inspire the team, maintain high standards, and manage all kitchen activities to ensure guests leave satisfied.

You’ll be responsible for training staff, driving sales, managing food orders and stock, and ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations. This role offers strong progression within a beloved UK pub group.

Qualifications

• Management experience in kitchen leadership and team development.
• Ability to drive food quality and consistency in a busy pub kitchen.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team driving sales and guest satisfaction.
