Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef at the Goffs Oak to lead a kitchen to the highest standards. You will inspire your team, manage the kitchen and ensure exceptional food leaving the line, while driving guest satisfaction and sales. Onsite accommodation (1 bedroom) is available as an optional benefit.

Your role includes training staff, managing food orders, stock control, and upholding health and hygiene regulations within a branded menu framework.
