Job summary

Pho Restaurants in Bristol is seeking a hands-on Head Chef for a new Pho restaurant opening. You will lead a busy kitchen, manage a team of chefs, and ensure high standards of food safety and quality.

The role offers a salary up to £48,800 with a potential bonus, plus the opportunity to earn a further £6,000 through bonuses. We value passionate chefs who thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and who can help drive our fresh and vibrant menu while maintaining excellent health and safety

Qualifications

• Head Chef with minimum 2 years in role.
• Experience managing a team of chefs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Experience controlling stock and par levels through mindful ordering.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and supervise chefs.
• Prepare and cook fresh dishes in line with Pho's menu.
• Control stock and ordering to minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
