Job summary

Robinsons Brewery is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen in one of our busy, food-led venues. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to set standards, develop staff, and deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll recruit, train and manage the kitchen team, control stock and margins, and uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene throughout the operation.
