BaxterStorey is seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead a culinary team as we prepare for a move to a state-of-the-art facility in Summer 2027. We’re looking for a creative, passionate leader who elevates food experiences, inspires staff, and collaborates with clients to set new standards in workplace hospitality.

You will mentor chefs, drive excellence, and manage budgets while upholding our values and delivering memorable service across a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef or similar role experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive commercial performance.
• Strong coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment.
• Obsessed with food and creating memorable experiences.
