Job Title: Head Chef

Berry Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead a kitchen team based in King's Lynn.

You'll oversee daily operations, and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team.

Develop seasonal, creative menus.

Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met.

Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen costs.

Train and support staff to maintain excellence.

Requirements:

  • CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene is required.

Proven experience as Head or Senior Sous Chef.

  • NVQ Qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Knowledge of food safety and allergens.

Passion for food, creativity, and quality.

£50,000–£60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
